Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete in schöner WG. Ruhige Lage dank zweiter Reihe und dennoch zentral am Seebacherplatz mit Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs in Gehweite (unter 5 min). Deine potentiellen Mitbewohner sind Flugschüler:innen an der LAT Switzerland (Alter ca. 20-25) und typischerweise unter der Woche 9 to 5 weg, danach am Büffeln und am Wochenende ebenfalls nachbereiten, oder mal im Glattpark entspannen (5min mit Velo). Das machen wir auch gerne mal zusammen, wie auch einen entspannten Grillier-Abend oder gemeinsamen Fußball
schauen. Wichtig ist ebenfalls eine gewisse Grundordnung und Sauberkeit (Spülmaschine ist vorhanden ;)
Es gibt einen 10 GBit-Glasfaser-Anschluss, bei dem alles zwischen 700 Mbit und 2,5 Gbit rausgekommen ist.
Bitte kontaktiere mich nur, wenn der Preis für dich passt und du den gesamten Zeitraum (also Oktober bis Dezember)
anmieten würdest.

Short-term sublease from october to December 2026.

Room available for sublease in a lovely shared apartment. Quiet location thanks to its second-row setting, yet centrally located on Seebacherplatz with shops for daily necessities within walking distance (less than 5 minutes). Your potential roommates are flight students at LAT Switzerland (ages approx. 2025) who are typically out of the house 9 to 5
on weekdays, studying afterward, and also reviewing material on weekends, or sometimes relaxing in Glattpark (5 min by bike).
We also enjoy doing that together, as well as having a relaxed barbecue evening or watching soccer together. It's also important to keep things reasonably tidy and clean (there's a dishwasher ;)
There's a 10 Gbps fiber-optic connection, with speeds ranging from 700 Mbps to 2.5 Gbps.
Please contact me only if the price works for you and you'd like to rent the entire period (i.e., October through December).
