In unserer schönen 2er-WG wird ab ca. 1. Oktober ein Zimmer frei, da meine Mitbewohner nach über 2,5 Jahren in der Wohnung mit ihrem Freund zusammenzieht. Deshalb suche ich nun nach einem/einer neuen Mitbewohner/in.

Die Altbauwohnung wurde vor etwa 10 Jahren renoviert, hat etwa 70qm, sehr schöne Holzböden, eine schöne Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler), ein modernes Bad, einen Abstellraum mit Waschturm, einen großzügigen Gang, ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit Nachmittagssonne, und ein Kellerabteil mit viel Platz.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral in Selnau (Kreis 1), und dennoch ruhig. Von hier bist du in wenigen Minuten am See, am Paradeplatz, in Wiedikon oder Enge.

Kurz über mich: Ich bin 33, spreche Deutsch, Englisch und Norwegisch, und arbeite als Economist. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne unterwegs; mit Freunden und Familie, in den Bergen oder am See.

Wäre super wenn du berufstätig und in ähnlichem Alter bist (28-36). Die WG ist sehr unkompliziert und gemütlich, und wir haben sie gerne sauber gehalten, wäre super wenn du das auch gerne so hast. Du würdest den Teil des Mietvertrags meiner Mitbewohnerin übernehmen (1480 CHF + Strom + Internet). Wäre spitze wenn du von meiner Mitbewohnerin ein paar Möbel übernehmen könntest.

A room in our lovely 2-person flat will become available from around 1 October, as my flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend after more than 2.5 years in the apartment. So I am now looking for a new flatmate.

The apartment is a beautiful old-style flat that was renovated around 10 years ago. It is about 70 sqm and has lovely wooden floors, a nice kitchen with a dishwasher, a modern bathroom, a storage room with a washer and dryer, a spacious hallway, and a cosy living room with lovely afternoon sun. There is also a basement storage unit with plenty of space.

The location is very central in Selnau, District 1, while still being nice and quiet. From here, you can reach the lake, Paradeplatz, Wiedikon and Enge within just a few minutes.

A little about me: I am 33, speak German, English and Norwegian, and work as an economist. In my free time, I like being out and about, spending time with friends and family, going to the mountains or hanging out by the lake.

Ideally, you are working and around a similar age, 28-36. The flatshare is very relaxed and cosy, and we have always liked keeping the apartment clean and tidy, so it would be great if you feel the same way.

You would take over my flatmate's part of the lease, at CHF 1,480 plus electricity plus internet. It would also be great if you were interested in taking over some of my flatmate's furniture.
