Me (Matt, 22 y/o, m) and Paul (21 y/o, m) are set to move into a brand-new, super modern, and spacious 5.5-room apartment (4er WG), and we're looking for someone awesome to set up this brand-new WG from scratch!

About Us
Hi!!! I'm Matt, 22 years old, and starting my Bachelor's degree in Design Management at HSLU. I'm super into sports, love playing the piano, and always enjoy hanging out with friends!
I'd love for our WG to be more than just shared space: I'm always up for planning fun activities together, cooking shared dinners, or just having chill sofa evenings, all while completely respecting each other's quiet time & privacy! Keeping the apartment clean, fresh, and comfy is super important to me so we all feel right at home.

I'm Paul Müller, 21 years old, and I'll be starting my Business Administration studies in September. In my free time, I enjoy staying active, whether it's going to the gym or doing endurance sports. I'm a sociable and easy-going person who enjoys spending time with others and appreciates a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. At the same time, I respect everyone's personal space and independence.

Who we're Looking For
Age: Roughly 20-30 years old.
Vibe: Clean, tidy, respectful, and eager to build a warm, social WG atmosphere.
Lifestyle: Someone who enjoys occasional shared meals, chilling on the couch, hanging out, but also fully respects privacy and personal space.

• Die Wohnung: Brandneu, ultra-modern, hell und riesig (5.5 Zimmer) mit Loggia. Hochwertiger Ausbaustandard und viel Platz zum Entspannen.
• Die Lage: Praktisch gelegen in Luzern, nur 10 Minuten mit dem Velo vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. ÖV, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und alles, was man braucht, sind direkt in der Nähe.

Hi!!! Ich bin Matt, 22 Jahre alt und starte mein Bachelor-Studium in Design Management an der HSLU. Ich bin super sportbegeistert, spiele gerne Klavier und verbringe viel Zeit mit Freunden!
Ich würde mich freuen, wenn unsere WG mehr als nur eine Wohngemeinschaft wird: Ich bin immer für gemeinsame Aktivitäten, Kochen oder entspannte Abende auf dem Sofa zu haben natürlich bei vollem Respekt für die Privatsphäre und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten jedes Einzelnen! Eine saubere, frische und gemütliche Wohnung ist mir sehr wichtig, damit wir uns alle rundum wohlfühlen.

Ich bin Paul Müller, 21 Jahre alt, und starte im September mein Studium in Business Administration. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport, sei es im Gym oder beim Ausdauertraining.
