Gern würed mir in Absprach mit dir/eu bliebe, so dass mer de Endtermin gmeinsam chend bestimme, also möglicherwis z'verlängere. Es handelt sich um e 3-Zimmerwohnig, wo aktuell mit eim Schlafzimmer und eim Bürozimmer usgstattet isch. S'Büro wür sich au umstelle lah in es zweits Schlafzimmer. D'Wohnig wür komplett möbeliert vermietet werde. Zude Wohnig ghört en Vorplatz (Terrasse) und e Dachterrasse, wobi d'Dachterrasse mit de andere Parteie im Hus teilt wird. D Lüt im Hus sind aber alli super liab und unkompliziart. D'Wohnig isch liebevoll und pflegt ihgrichtet, drum isch eus e ordentlichi Untermietendi miteme Aug für Suberkeit wichtig.
D'Mieti betreit 2'690.- inkl. Nebetkoste. Eusi Katz d Milou lebt au ide Wohnig, drum sind nur Mietendi miteme Herz für Katze gsuecht.
D'Wohnig befindet sich imne ruhige Quartier in Wiedike, mit guetem ÖV-Ahschluss (72er in 2 min, 9er und 14er in 5 min Gehdistanz). De Migros und de Coop sind au nur jewils 5 Minute entfernt.

Hello everyone,We are renting out our apartment for a limited period to 12 people because we are going travelling. The apartment is definitely available from mid-September 2026 until mid-April 2027, so for 7 months. We would be happy to stay in contact with you and discuss the end date together, with the possibility of extending the rental period if it suits everyone.It is a 3-room apartment that is currently furnished with one bedroom and an office. If needed, the office could also be converted into a second bedroom. The apartment will be rented fully furnished.The apartment has its own outdoor area/terrace as well as access to a rooftop terrace, which is shared with the other residents of the building. Everyone in the building is very friendly and easy-going.The apartment is lovingly furnished and well maintained, so it is important to us to find tidy subtenants who appreciate cleanliness and take good care of the apartment.The rent is CHF 2,690 per month, including utilities.Our cat Milou also lives in the apartment, so we are only looking for tenants who are fond of cats.The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Wiedikon and has excellent public transport connections. Bus 72 is just a 2-minute walk away, while tram lines 9 and 14 are about a 5-minute walk away.
