Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon also genug Platz, um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen, aber natürlich auch genügend Raum für Privatsphäre.

Zürich ist mit dem Zug in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. So ist man schnell in der Stadt und kann gleichzeitig die ruhigere Umgebung von Uster genießen.

Ein Parkplatz kann gegen Aufpreis ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Ein bisschen über mich

Ich komme ursprünglich aus Österreich und arbeite in der Pharmaindustrie. Ich würde mich als freundlich, unkompliziert und eher ruhig beschreiben. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne draußen, reise gerne, treffe Freunde, koche und schaue gerne Filme.

Da ich beruflich viel unterwegs bin und auch in meiner Freizeit gerne unterwegs bin, bin ich tatsächlich nur sehr selten in der Wohnung. Dadurch ist die WG im Alltag sehr unkompliziert und du hast meistens viel Ruhe und Freiraum.

Wenn ich da bin, bin ich natürlich gerne für einen gemeinsamen Abend, ein Essen oder einen Drink zu haben. Gleichzeitig genieße ich auch meine Zeit für mich. Für mich macht eine gute WG vor allem eine entspannte und respektvolle Atmosphäre aus.

Ich suche jemanden, der offen, respektvoll und unkompliziert ist egal, ob du arbeitest, studierst oder etwas ganz anderes machst.

I'm looking for a new flatmate for a bright and spacious room in a quiet area of Uster. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room and a balcony plenty of space to spend time together, but also enough room and privacy for everyone.

Zurich is about 20 minutes away by train, so you can easily get into the city while still enjoying the quieter surroundings of Uster.

A parking space is also available for an additional cost.

A little about me

I'm originally from Austria and work in the pharmaceutical industry. I'd describe myself as friendly, easy-going and rather quiet. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, travelling, meeting friends, cooking and watching movies.

As I travel quite a lot for work and also like to be out and about in my free time, I'm actually rarely at the apartment. This makes the WG very relaxed and gives you plenty of peace and privacy.

When I am around, I'm of course happy to have dinner together, grab a drink or spend a relaxed evening together. At the same time, I also appreciate having some time for myself. For me, a good WG is mainly about having a relaxed and respectful atmosphere.

I'm looking for someone who is open-minded, respectful and easy-going whether you're working, studying or doing something completely different.
