Dear apartment seekers,
We are subletting a modern and charming room in our friendly three-person shared apartment in Zurich for three months, starting in August 2026.

The room
The bright, semi-furnished room is approximately 12 m² and comes with its own private bathroom.

The apartment
The apartment is located in a modern building and offers a generous 110 m² of living space. It includes:

• A spacious, fully equipped kitchen
• A bright and comfortable living room
• Two bathrooms
• A lovely shared balcony
• A washing machine and dryer inside the apartment
• Stylish furnishings with a musical touch

A cleaning service regularly takes care of the shared areas.

Your flatmates
You will share the apartment with me Patrick, 38, and Simon, 32. We are working professionals who are exceptionally tidy, considerate and pleasant to live with.
We will be travelling throughout September, so the apartment will be especially quiet during that month.

Rent
The total monthly rent is CHF 1'380, consisting of:

• Base rent: CHF 1'140
• Utilities and furnishings: CHF 240

The additional costs include Wi-Fi, electricity, water, heating, Serafe, household insurance and the regular cleaning service.
