Ich suche eine seriöse, respektvolle und zuverlässige Person, die meine Wohnung bis 1. Dezember +- 1 Monat. danach wird das ganze Wohnung untervermietet für an eine weitere Person.

Eine dauerhafte 50/50-Wohngemeinschaft ist grundsätzlich möglich. Da die Wohnung jedoch nur über ein separates Schlafzimmer verfügt, müsste das Wohnzimmer mithilfe mobiler Trennwände in einen zweiten privaten Schlafbereich umgewandelt werden.

Noch besser wäre die Wohnung für jemanden geeignet, der in Zürich arbeitet oder studiert und lediglich an drei bis vier Nächten pro Woche eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit benötigt.

Gelegentliche Treffen mit bis zu ungefähr 20 Personen können in der Wohnung stattfinden. Es handelt sich jedoch nicht um eine Partywohnung. Laute Musik oder übermässiger Lärm nach 22:00 Uhr sind nicht erlaubt.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Wohnung über keinen Keller und kein Kellerabteil verfügt. Es gibt daher keinen zusätzlichen Lagerraum.
Miete und inbegriffene Kosten

Die gesamte monatliche Miete für die Wohnung beträgt CHF 2'600.
Bei einer gleichberechtigten 50/50-Wohngemeinschaft würde der Anteil normalerweise CHF 1'200 pro Person und Monat betragen.

Für eine Person, die lediglich drei bis vier Nächte pro Woche in der Wohnung übernachtet, können je nach Nutzung eine passende Vereinbarung und ein entsprechender Preis besprochen werden.

Beautiful and Centrally Located Apartment in Zurich Flatmate Wanted
I am looking for a serious, respectful and reliable person to share my apartment with until approximately 1 December, with some flexibility of around one month. After that, the entire apartment will be sublet to another person for CHF 2,600 per month.
A permanent 50/50 flatshare is generally possible. However, since the apartment only has one separate bedroom, the living room would need to be converted into a second private sleeping area using portable partition walls.
An even better arrangement would be with someone who works or studies in Zurich and only needs a place to stay three or four nights per week.

The total monthly rent for the apartment is CHF 2,600.
For an equal 50/50 flatshare, the monthly contribution would normally be CHF 1,200 per person.
