Ich vermiete meine Wohnung in Zürich Oerlikon von September bis Mitte/Ende Januar, da ich während dieser Zeit ein Austauschsemester im Ausland absolviere. Die Wohnung wird für den gesamten Zeitraum an eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar vermietet.

Die Wohnung ist offiziell eine 3.5-Zimmer-Wohnung. Während meiner Abwesenheit bleibt ein privates Zimmer verschlossen, sodass 2.5 Zimmer exklusiv zur Verfügung stehen. Die Wohnung ist vom Vermieter teilweise möbliert und somit sofort bezugsbereit.

Das Schlafzimmer ist ca. 18 m² gross und verfügt über einen direkt angeschlossenen Abstell- bzw. Ankleideraum. Das helle Wohnzimmer bietet mit rund 25 m² viel Platz zum Wohnen, Arbeiten oder Entspannen.
Ein besonderes Highlight ist, dass die Wohnung als einzige im Haus einen direkten Zugang zum gemeinschaftlichen Garten hat.

Die Lage ist ideal: Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in 1 Minute zu Fuss erreichbar. Das ETH- und UZH-Hauptgebäude ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in rund 30 Minuten erreichbar, ETH Höngg in 15 Minuten. Milchbuck ist nur etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Velo oder 25 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt.

Das Haus ist ausgesprochen ruhig und wird hauptsächlich von Doktorierenden (PhD) und Postdocs bewohnt. Zusätzlich befinden sich zwei kleine Büroräume im Gebäude. Die Waschmaschine wird lediglich mit drei weiteren Parteien geteilt, sodass es kaum zu Wartezeiten kommt.

Für CHF 1'800 pro Monat bietet die Wohnung ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Zürich Oerlikon und eignet sich ideal für Personen, die neu nach Zürich ziehen -- sei es für eine wissenschaftliche Stelle, ein PhD-Studium, einen Postdoc oder den Berufseinstieg.

I am renting out my apartment in Zurich Oerlikon from September until mid/late January, as I will be abroad for an exchange semester during this period. The apartment is available for the entire duration and is suitable for one person or a couple.

The apartment is officially a 3.5-room apartment. During my absence, one private room will remain locked, meaning that the remaining 2.5 rooms will be available for your exclusive use. The apartment is partially furnished by the landlord and ready to move into.

The bedroom is approximately 18 m² and includes an additional connected storage/dressing room. The bright living room is around 25 m², providing plenty of space for living, working, and relaxing. A unique feature of the apartment is that it is the only apartment in the building with direct access to the shared garden.

The location is excellent: The nearest bus stop is only 1 minute walking distance away. The ETH and UZH main buildings can be reached within around 30 minutes by public transport, ETH Höngg in 15 minutes. Milchbuck is approximately 10 minutes by bike or 25 minutes walking away.

The building is exceptionally quiet and mainly inhabited by PhD students and postdoctoral researchers. Additionally, there are two small office spaces in the building. The washing machine is shared with only three other parties, meaning there are rarely waiting times.

At CHF 1,800 per month, this apartment offers excellent value for Zurich Oerlikon and is particularly suitable for people moving to Zurich for an academic or professional opportunity, such as a PhD, postdoctoral position, research stay, or new job.
