This peaceful apartment is a duplex near the Parc des Bastions, with a view of the Jura and the old town. The apartment is fully furnished and consists of one bedroom (for you), large living room (that I use as an office and bedroom), one kitchen and a bathroom to share, with elevator. No pets or smoking inside. Rent 1350 CHF/month, plus deposit 1000 CHF (refundable at the end of the stay), both to be paid in advance when I give you the key. Visits possible in July.

L'appartement est entièrement meublé et se compose dune chambre à coucher (pour vous), très grand salon (que jutilise comme chambre/bureau), une cuisine et une salle de bain à partager, avec ascenseur. 1350 CHF par mois incl. charges. Caution 1000 CHF (rembourser à la fin du séjour). Loyer et caution à payer en avance. Visites possible en juillet.
