Wenn du Hunde magst, bist du bei uns genau richtig! Seit fünf Jahren sind meine Hündin Kaya und ich (w., 41) ein eingespieltes Team. Ich bin berufstätig und arbeite abwechslungsweise im Homeoffice oder im Büro. Währenddessen ist Kaya entweder in der Hundebetreuung oder sorgt zuverlässig dafür, dass niemand einbricht.

Das Zimmer

Dein Zimmer ist ca. 13 m² gross und unmöbliert. Die restliche Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet und alle Gemeinschaftsräume sowie die vorhandenen Möbel und Geräte können selbstverständlich mitgenutzt werden.

Im Haus stehen eine Waschmaschine und ein Tumbler zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung ganz unkompliziert und ohne festen Waschplan.

Das Haus wurde 2017 komplett saniert und befindet sich in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Die Wohnung im 2. Obergeschoss ist hell und lichtdurchflutet und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf den angrenzenden Wald sowie bei gutem Wetter bis in die Berge.

Das WG-Leben

Ich wünsche mir ein unkompliziertes und angenehmes Zusammenleben, bei dem sich alle im Alltag einbringen und gegenseitig Rücksicht nehmen. Gerne würde ich wieder einen Putzservice suchen, der dir Wohnung alle zwei Wochen reinigt. Da die Kosten dafür allerdings nicht in den Nebenkosten enthalten sind, muss das für beide passen.

Die Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich am höchsten Punkt von Witikon, in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle Friedhof Witikon.

Direkt vor der Haustür beginnen zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Joggen, Velofahren oder für entspannte Spaziergänge im Grünen. Mit dem Bus bist du in rund 15 Minuten in der Zürcher Innenstadt.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichst du in etwa sieben Gehminuten (Coop) oder nach zwei Busstopps im Zentrum Witikon.

Falls du ein Auto hast, findest du genügend kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Privatstrasse oder kannst einen Tiefgaragenplatz für CHF 150 pro Monat mieten.

Bright Room in a Shared Flat with Forest Views Perfect for Dog Lovers

If you're a dog lover, you'll feel right at home here! My dog Kaya and I have been a great team for the past five years. I work full-time and split my time between working from home and the office. During the day, Kaya is either at doggy daycare or making sure no one breaks in.

The Room

Your room is approximately 13 m² and comes unfurnished. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, and you're welcome to use all shared spaces, furniture, and appliances.

The building has a shared washing machine and tumble dryer, and there's no fixed laundry schedule to worry about.

The building was completely renovated in 2017 and is in excellent condition. The apartment is located on the second floor, is bright and filled with natural light, and offers beautiful views of the surrounding forest and, on clear days, even the Alps.

Living Together

I'm looking for a relaxed and friendly flatmate who enjoys a respectful and easy-going shared living environment, where everyone contributes to the everyday tasks.

I'd also like to arrange for a cleaning service to come every two weeks to clean the apartment. As the cost is not included in the utilities, it should be something we're both happy with.

The Location

The apartment is located at the highest point of Witikon, just a short walk from the Friedhof Witikon bus stop.

Right outside the front door you'll find plenty of opportunities for jogging, cycling, or relaxing walks in nature. The city centre of Zurich is only about 15 minutes away by bus.

Shopping is convenient too: there's a Coop supermarket about a 7-minute walk away, or you can reach the Witikon shopping centre in just two bus stops.

If you have a car, you'll find plenty of free parking on the private street. Alternatively, an underground parking space is available for CHF 150 per month.
