Ich vermiete meine wunderschöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung vom 1. September 2026 bis zum 31. Dezember 2026 unter. Sie hat alles, was du brauchst und ist super gelegen - 7 Minuten zu Fuss zum Hauptbahnhof und 3 Minuten zum Limmatplatz/Langstrasse. Rundherum hat es viele tolle Restaurants, Bars, coole Läden und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock (Lift vorhanden) und der Balkon auf der Südseite. Obwohl die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt, ist es dort oben trotzdem ruhig.

Die Wohnung ist möbliert und darf nur von einer Person bewohnt werden. Alles zusammen kostet 1850 Franken pro Monat. Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete.

I'm renting out my beautiful 2-room-apartment from 1.9.26 till 31.12.26. The apartment is located very central - only 7 minutes to the main station by foot and 3 minutes to Limmatplatz/Langstrasse. There are a lot of cool shops and restaurants in the area. The apartment is on the 6th floor (there is an elevator) and the balcony is on the south side of the building.

The apartment is furnished. The monthly rent is 1850 Swiss Francs. The deposit is one monthly rate. Because of the house rules, it is only possible to live alone in the apartment.
