In meiner schönen und komplett möblierten 4.5-Zimmerwohnung in Zürich Wipkingen wird ab 1. August 2026 ein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist hell, gemütlich und verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon. Die Wohnung bietet zusätzlich einen weiteren Balkon sowie eine grosse Terrasse. Sie befindet sich im 1. Stock (ohne Lift) und hat eine eigene Waschmaschine in der Wohnung.

Wohnungsgrösse: 88 m² mit Terrasse & zusätzlichem Balkon
Mietzins: CHF 1'600.- inkl. Nebenkosten (exkl. Strom, Serafe & WLAN)

Zur Wohnung
Die Wohnung liegt an der Nordstrasse im Kreis 10 ruhig gelegen und trotzdem sehr zentral. Der Bahnhof Wipkingen ist in ca. 5 Gehminuten erreichbar.

Wen ich suche
Ich suche ausschliesslich eine Frau (25+), die:

• berufstätig ist
• zuverlässig und ordentlich ist
• ein angenehmes, unkompliziertes Zusammenleben schätzt

Wochenaufenthalterinnen sind ebenfalls willkommen.

Zu mir
Ich bin 27 Jahre alt und berufstätig in Zürich. Mein Alltag besonders am Wochenende ist meist aktiv gestaltet, sei es sportlich oder mit Freunden/Familie unterwegs. Gleichzeitig geniesse ich es aber auch, mal ein entspanntes Wochenende zu Hause zu verbringen.
Unter der Woche koche ich abends gerne selbst, verbringe im Sommer viel Zeit am Letten und lasse den Tag auch mal entspannt bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen oder gehe gelegentlich auswärts essen oder etwas trinken.

The room is bright, cozy, and comes with its own private balcony. The apartment also features an additional balcony and a large terrace. It is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) and includes a private washing machine in the apartment.

The apartment is located on Nordstrasse in District 10 in a quiet area, yet very central. Wipkingen train station is only about a 5-minute walk away.

About me
I'm 27 years old and working in Zurich. My daily life especially weekends is usually quite active, whether through sports or spending time with friends/family. At the same time, I also enjoy the occasional quiet and relaxing weekend at home.
During the week I like to cook for myself in the evenings, spend a lot of time at the Letten in summer, and sometimes wind down the day with a glass of wine, or occasionally go out for dinner or drinks.
