Schweren Herzens suche ich eine Nachmieterin oder einen Nachmieter für meine geliebte Wohnung im Zürcher Niederdorf.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt und bietet alles, was Zürich so besonders macht: In wenigen Minuten bist du am See, an der Limmat, in Cafés, Bars, Restaurants oder beim Einkaufen. Coop und Lidl sind jeweils nur rund 7 Gehminuten entfernt.
Das absolute Highlight des Hauses ist die wunderschöne Dachterrasse zur Mitbenutzung. Gerade im Sommer ist sie ein kleiner Luxus mitten in der Stadt und einer meiner Lieblingsorte in ganz Zürich.
Die Wohnung selbst ist ein gemütliches Studio. Sie ist kompakt, aber unglaublich praktisch und bietet alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Es gibt eine Küche mit Mikrowelle. Ein Backofen ist nicht vorhanden, ich habe das problemlos mit einem Airfryer gelöst. Ein Geschirrspüler ist ebenfalls nicht vorhanden.
Da ich ins Ausland gehe, würde ich die Wohnung gerne inklusive meiner Möbel übergeben. Die Möbel können für CHF 5'500 übernommen werden. Dazu gehören unter anderem:

• Bett
• Kleiderschrank
• Regal
• Garderobe
• Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen
• weitere Einrichtungselemente

Bei Interesse können wir auch darüber sprechen, zusätzlich Geschirr und weitere Haushaltsgegenstände zu übernehmen, sodass die Wohnung praktisch bezugsbereit ist.
Ich wünsche mir jemanden, der diese besondere Wohnung genauso schätzt wie ich.
Besichtigungen können ab sofort nach Absprache vereinbart werden.
Für die Bewerbung bei der Verwaltung werden voraussichtlich benötigt:

• aktueller Betreibungsregisterauszug
• Einkommensnachweis/Lohnausweis
• Aufenthaltsbewilligung (B oder C) bzw. Schweizer Staatsbürgerschaft

With a heavy heart, I am looking for a new tenant for my beloved studio apartment in Zurich's Niederdorf district.
Located right in the heart of the Old Town, the apartment offers everything that makes Zurich such a wonderful place to live. Within just a few minutes, you can reach the lake, the Limmat river, countless cafés, bars, restaurants, and shops. Both Coop and Lidl are only about a 7-minute walk away.
The absolute highlight of the building is the beautiful shared rooftop terrace. Especially during summer, it feels like a hidden oasis in the middle of the city and has been one of my favorite spots in all of Zurich.
The apartment itself is a cozy studio. It is compact but incredibly functional and has everything you need for comfortable city living. The kitchen includes a microwave. There is no oven, but I have easily managed with an air fryer. There is also no dishwasher.
As I am moving abroad, I would ideally like to hand over the apartment together with my furniture. The furniture package is available for CHF 5,500 and includes, among other things:

• Bed
• Wardrobe
• Shelving unit
• Coat rack / entryway storage
• Dining table with 4 chairs
• Additional furnishings and storage solutions

If desired, we can also discuss leaving kitchenware, dishes, and other household items, making the apartment practically move-in ready.
I am hoping to find someone who will appreciate this special apartment as much as I have.

For the rental application, the property management will most likely require:

• Current debt enforcement register extract (Betreibungsregisterauszug)
• Proof of income / salary statement
• Swiss residence permit (B or C permit) or Swiss citizenship
