We will have 1,5 bedroom apartment available with own kitchen and bathroom in our WG Haus am See :)

The house is +/- 500-600m² with 2 living rooms, 3 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, a cinema area, a small gym, a sauna, a vegetable garden, a nice terrace, 2 garages, parking spaces,

It is located in a quiet area, in the center of Pfäffikon ZH (30min from Zurich by train/car)

The house is located in the quiet at in the first line in front of the lake and at 5min from the train station.

The WG is divided into three parts; a family of two adults and two children lives on the first floor.

On the groundfloor there is the main WG and this, the additional apartment (4 + 1 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens).

The apartment is available in on the ground floor from October maybe earlier until end of January/February 2027 (fixed dates) and costs 1710 CHF.

We are looking for an open-minded and respectful people between 25 and 40 years old. We all come from different countries and speak English, German and some French too.
