Ich vermiete zwei separate Zimmer (23 m² und 9 m²) an eine berufstätige Einzelperson (keine Paare). Bevorzugsweise eine Wochenaufenthalterin.

Ich nutze zwei weitere Zimmer derselben Wohnung selbst, bin jedoch nur teilweise undunregelmässig anwesend.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock (Lift vorhanden), ist sehr hell und bietet Sonne biszum Sonnenuntergang. Vom Balkon aus geniesst man die Aussicht auf den Uetlibergsowie auf der anderen Seite Richtung Schanzengraben, ETH Zürich, Universität Zürich undZürichberg.

I'm subletting two furnished rooms (23 m² and 9 m²) to one person (no couples). Preferably a weekly commuter or someone who is only there temporarily.

I use two additional rooms of the apartment myself but am only partially and irregularlypresent.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor (with elevator), is exceptionally bright and enjoyssunshine until sunset.
