The apartment spans 131m² across two floors. On the bottom floor there are 3 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower. On the top floor there is a large living room, kitchen, guest bathroom and a sunny terrace — perfect for summer. The apartment comes with a washing machine and a dryer. Additionally, there is a big cellar in the basement where we store bikes, skis, luggage, etc.

The available bedroom is 17m². The previous flatmate is looking to leave some furniture (but this can still be discussed): A wardrobe and a bed.

The apartment is very well-connected, just a 6-minute walk from Oerlikon station, with multiple supermarkets, restaurants and leisure options right on your doorstep.

The monthly rent is CHF 1'379 (this includes base rent, Nebenkosten, electricity, internet and Serafe).

About us: Your new flatmates are Karthik (29) and Lukas (27). By day, one's an electrical engineer and the other a PhD candidate in mechanical engineering — by weekend, you'll probably find them on a ski slope, climbing wall or padel court. They speak English at home but can also speak Tamil and German.

Die Wohnung ist 131m² gross und hat 2 Stockwerke: Im unteren Stockwerk befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer und ein grosses Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Im oberen Stockwerk gibt es ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein Gästebadezimmer und eine sonnige Terrasse — perfekt für den Sommer. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Ausserdem gibt es einen grossen Keller im Untergeschoss, in dem wir Fahrräder, Skis, Gepäck usw. aufbewahren.

Das verfügbare Zimmer ist 17m². Der vorherige Mitbewohner möchte möglicherweise einige Möbel dalassen (ist aber noch offen): einen Kleiderschrank und ein Bett.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden — nur 6 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Oerlikon entfernt, mit mehreren Supermärkten, Restaurants und Freizeitmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür.
