In unserer schönen grossen Wohnung gleich beim Bahnhof wird ab Dezember unbefristet ein möblierte Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist 25 m² gross, hat einen eigenen kleinen Balkon, super hell und freundlich mit Sicht auf die Gleise, aber trotzdem ruhig, den Verkehr hört man nicht, ein Teil der Möbel sollte übernommen werden (Preis für Möbel verhandelbar).
Weitere Ausstattung:
2 Badezimmer (ein grosses Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, ein kleineres Bad mit Dusche), ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Offene, komplett ausgestattete Küche und grosszügiges Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, TV und Esstisch. Die Gesamtfläche der Wohnung sind knapp 192 m². Im Treppenhaus gibts einen Lift, und wir haben auch ein Kellerabteil.
Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral. In 5 Minuten bist Du zu Fuss beim Bahnhof, in 5 Minuten beim Neumarkt mit ganz vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Busstation ist direkt vor der Haustür.
Miete:
773 CHF pro Monat, Nebenkosten exklusive (Strom, Internet etc.). Mit Nebenkosten ca. 800 CHF pro Monat.
Zu uns:
Du wirst mit uns, Vanessa, Zoe und Daniel, gemeinsam das Leben auf Kopf stellen. Vanessa ist 28, professionelle Harfenistin, unterrichtet und ist in vielen Konzertprojekten aktiv. In ihrer Freizeit backt sie gerne, probiert kreative Hobbys aus oder geht gerne ins Konzert/Theater/Ballett etc. Daniel ist 27 und Grafikdesigner, der sich neben der visuellen Gestaltung auch für Musik und gemeinsames Kochen begeistern lässt. Zoe ist 25, arbeitet in der Eventlogistik, sie ist eine Sportskanone; wandert, klettert und ist auch sehr kreativ.
Die Hauptsprache bei uns in der WG ist Englisch, wir sprechen aber auch Deutsch und Spanisch.
Da unsere ausziehende Mitbewohnerin auch Hauptmieterin ist, wäre das super, falls du zusammen mit Vanessa die Co-Hauptmieterschaft übernehmen könntest.
Wir sind offenen Menschen und schätzen das Beisammensein, kochen gerne bei Gelegenheit zusammen oder quatschen beim Glas Wein über die Welt und respektieren dennoch die Privatsphäre der Anderen. Wir sind auf der Suche nach Co-Tee/Kaffee/Weintrinker_innen und hoffen, dass du auch schon einmal einen Besen in der Hand hattest.

Hi guys
A furnished room is becoming available from December in our beautiful, spacious apartment right next to the train station. The room is 25 m², has its own small balcony, full of light, with a view of the rail tracks. Despite the location, it is surprisingly quiet you can't hear the traffic. Some of the furniture in the room should be taken over by the new tenant (price negotiable).
Features:
Two bathrooms: one large bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a smaller bathroom with a shower. Washing machine and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious living room with sofa, TV and dining table. The whole apartment is about 192 m². Elevator in the building. Our own storage unit in the basement.
Location:
The apartment is very central. You can walk to the train station in 5 minutes, the Neumarkt is about 5 minutes away with lots of shops and other amenities. There is a bus stop right outside the front door.
Rent:
CHF 773 per month, excluding utilities (electricity, internet, etc.). Including utilities it comes to around CHF 800 per month.
About us:
You'll be sharing the apartment with us Vanessa, Zoe and Daniel :). Vanessa is 28, a professional harpist, teaches music and is involved in various concert projects. In her free time, she enjoys baking, trying out creative hobbies, and going to concerts/ theatre/ ballet. Daniel is 27 and works as a graphic designer. Besides visual design, he is also passionate about music and cooking. Zoe is 25 and works in event logistics. She is the sporty one of the flat she loves hiking and climbing, and is also very creative.
The main language in our WG is English, but we also speak German and Spanish.
Since our departing flatmate is also one of the main tenants, it would be great if you could take over the co-main tenancy together with Vanessa.
We're open-minded people who enjoy spending time together. We like cooking together when we get the chance, or chat about the world over a glass of wine, while still respecting each other's privacy. We are looking for fellow tea/coffee/wine drinkers and hopefully you are no stranger to cleaning.
