There is the option to take over some items of furniture, including a proper fold-down bed with a mattress and bed base. Invisible when folded away, it transforms the living area into a proper lounge.

Conditions: Takeover of the existing tenancy agreement, due to early termination of the tenancy agreement. Furniture taken over in exchange for compensation. Single occupant only; must have stable employment, a regular income, be creditworthy and have no outstanding legal proceedings. Must be a tidy and respectful person.
