Da ich in den Militärdienst einrucken muss, suche ich für meine schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung einen Untermieter für vorerst ein Jahr, in Zustimmung mit der Verwaltung kann dies aber ein Jahr verlängert werden bis max auf den 32.5.2026.Die Wohnung werde ich teil-möbliert hinterlassen. Ich suche eine zuverlässige Person, die sich die Wohnung leisten kann und auch rücksicht auf meine Möbel nimmt. Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer ruhigen, aber dennoch gut vernetzten Lage. Eine Bushaltestelle der Linie 32 befindet sich 3 Gehminuten entfernt, Tramhaltestelle der Linien 9 und 24 5 Minuten.Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Keller- und Estrichabteil. Das Estrichabteil werde ich über die Mietdauer behalten und meine Sachen darin lagern. Aus diesem Grund werde ich einen Schlüssel behalten müssen.Die Wäsche kann im allgemeinen Waschraum mit Eintrageliste gewaschen werden.Weitere Hinweise:-Es kann nur 2 Person in der Wohnung leben-Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt-Bei Vertragabschluss ist eine Mietkaution in Höhe von CHF 4622.- auf ein Mietkautionskonto der ZKB einzuzahlen-Nicht-Raucher werden bevorzugt-Betreibungsregister muss leer sein-Im Mietzins befinden sich Heizkosten (CHF 206.-), Serafe (27.90), Glasfaser-Internet (CHF 39.-) und Möblierungszuschlag (278.-)-Minimum Kategorie B oder C Aufenthaltsbewilligung
