The location is perfect to reach ETH Hönggerberg (25 min total time door to door, S6+ B37 bus or 30 min by bike). There are two supermarkets at walking distance (Coop 5 min, Denner 5 min). The area around is quiet, never trafficked and also has free spaces around for parking. The location ist the perfect combination between short distance to the city and access to the nature.The apartment is thus suitable for anyone willing to have a very quiet and private single occupancy with access to all the mentioned facilities. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die ETH Hönggerberg zu erreichen (insgesamt 25 Minuten Tür-zu-Tür, Bus S6+B37 oder 30 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad). Zwei Supermärkte sind zu Fuß erreichbar (Coop 5 Min., Denner 5 Min.). Die Umgebung ist ruhig, nie befahren und verfügt auch über freie Parkplätze.
