Unsere 4-Zimmer Wohnung hat ein schönes Wohnzimmer und einen kleinen aber feinen Balkon auf dem wir gerne die Abendsonne geniessen. Die Toilette und Dusche/Badewanne sind separat innerhalb der Wohnung, somit kommt man sich am morgen nicht in die quere. Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Gundeli und ist daher nahe am Bahnhof SBB (10 Gehminuten) und nur ein paar Schritte vom Bruderholz entfernt. Die 36er Bushaltestelle & Tramhaltestelle Tellplatz sind um die Ecke. Es gibt viele Einkaufs - oder Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.Deine Mitbewohner: Andrea (m, 26 Jahre), liebt es leckeres Essen zuzubereiten oder sportlich aktiv zu sein und Oriol (m, 23 Jahre), ist gerne im Gym oder am Rennrad fahren. Andrea ist berufstätig und Oriol macht gerade seinen Master an der FHNW Muttenz. Daher sind wir beide am Tag meist unterwegs und eher gegen Abend zuhause.Montan ist Englisch die Hauptsprache in der Wohnung. Our 4-room apartment has a nice living room and a small but nice balcony where we like to enjoy the evening sun. The toilet and shower/bathtub are separate within the apartment, so you don't get in each other's way in the morning. The apartment is centrally located in Gundeli and is therefore close to the SBB train station (10 minutes' walk) and only a few steps away from Bruderholz.
