Wir haben ein sehr grosses Zimmer frei (17m2) in unserer riesigen Wohnung in Oetwil am See. Das Zimmer ist gross, hell und voll möbliert. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen 1min von der Busstation «Zentrum». Es gibt 2 Badezimmer mit 2 Duschen und eine moderne Küche. Wir haben momentan eine Putzfrau die alle 2 Wochen kommt und 50.-/Person und Monat kostet. Alle Nebenkosten wie schnellstes Swisscom Internet sind ebenfalls inklusive. Du bist mit dem ÖV ruck-zuck überall, 12min nach Männedorf / 25min Uster oder 32min bis Zürich-Zentrum. Parkplätze sind verfügbar und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es gleich um die Ecke.
Wir sind Gian Marco (24), Alex (21), Mario (28) und Joel (26). Wir schätzen eine ordentliche Wohnung und einen respektvollen sowie unkomplizierten Umgang miteinander. Jeder soll so leben können wie er/sie ist und wie es für einem am besten passt, immer mit Rücksicht auf die anderen Mitbewohner. Interessiert? We have a room available (17m2) in our huge apartment in Oetwil am See. The room is big, bright and fully furnished. The apartment is just 1min from the busstation ?Zentrum?. There are 2 bathrooms with 2 showers and a modern kitchen. At the moment we have a cleaning lady who comes every 2 weeks and costs 50.-/person and month. All side costs like fast Swisscom internet are also included. You are quickly everywhere around by public transportation, 12min to Männedorf / 25min Uster oder 32min to Zurich city-center. Parking is available and also shopping opportunities are all close by.
We are Gian Marco (24), Alex (21), Mario (28) und Joel (26). We appreciate a tidy apartment and a respectful and uncomplicated atmosphere.
