Eine Putzfrau kommt alle zwei Wochen, um die Gemeinschaftsräume zu reinigen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, nur eine Minute von der Bushaltestelle und einem Denner entfernt. Die Zugstation Visp ist in nur 10 Gehminuten erreichbar, was die Wohnung äußerst zentral macht.
Zusätzlich zur Miete fallen 150 Fr für die Möbel und 50 Fr für die Putzfrau an. Die Mitbewohner sind angenehm und freundlich, und Rücksichtnahme wird stets großgeschrieben.

A cleaning lady comes every two weeks to clean the common areas. The location is very quiet, just a minute away from the bus stop and a Denner grocery store. The Visp train station is only a 10-minute walk away, making the apartment extremely central.
In addition to the rent, there is a charge of 150 Fr for the furniture and 50 Fr for the cleaning lady. The roommates are pleasant and friendly, and consideration for others is always a priority.
