Liebe WG-Suchende

Da Laura im Dezember ausziehen wird, suchen wir eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder Mitbewohner für unsere gemütliche Vierer-WG.

Wer sind wir?
Wir sind Niko (31), gerne in den Bergen, oft auf dem Rennvelo und treibt generell viel Sport. Michi (30), liebt Beachvolleyball, viel am surfen/kiten, Leidenschaft fürs Segeln. Chris (34), begnadeter Koch, backt die besten Kuchen, tanzt Breakdance und immer für ein handwerkliches Projekt zu haben. Wir sind alle in unterschiedlichen Branchen arbeitstätig (Immobilien, Ingenieurs- und Bildungswesen).
Da Zwei von uns Dreien erst dieses Jahr eingezogen sind, ist unsere Konstellation noch recht frisch und neu. Das bedeutet für dich, dass du hier auf offene Strukturen stösst und gut bei der gemeinsamen Wohngestaltung mitwirken kannst :)

Gemeinsam geniessen wir es ab und zu abends zu grillieren, zusammen auszugehen oder einfach bei einem Glas Wein oder Bier auf dem Balkon zu entspannen. Freunde sind immer willkommen und natürlich respektieren wir auch die Privatsphäre und Rückzugsräume jedes Einzelnen.

Was bieten wir?
Dein Zimmer: 13.1 qm unmöbliert, mit Lüftung

Die Wohnung: Alles was man braucht und mehr (Grosses Wohnzimmer, 3 Balkone, Eigene Waschmaschine/ Tumbler, Grill, Billardtisch etc. etc.)

Lage: Zentral (Buecheggplatz) , sehr gut angebunden & ruhige Lage, Coop 1min entfernt, Direkt am Käferberg
Kosten: Inbegriffen sind NK, Strom, TV-Gebühren und Internet.

Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01. Dezember 2026 verfügbar.

Was suchen wir?
Wir wünschen uns eine offene, herzliche und unkomplizierte Person, die Lust auf ein freundschaftliches WG-Leben hat, gerne auch mal etwas gemeinsam unternimmt und gleichzeitig die Privatsphäre der anderen respektiert.

Da wir aktuell drei Männer sind, würden wir uns für eine etwas ausgewogenere WG-Konstellation wieder über eine Mitbewohnerin freuen (muss aber nicht)

Ob du arbeitest oder studierst, spielt für uns keine Rolle. Wichtig sind uns gegenseitiger Respekt, Zuverlässigkeit, ein gewisses Mass an Ordnung und dass die Chemie stimmt.

Dear flat seekers
As Laura will be moving out in December, we're looking for a new flatmate to join our cosy four-person shared apartment!

Who are we?
We're Niko (31), who loves spending time in the mountains, road cycling and sports in general. Michi (30), who's passionate about beach volleyball, surfing, kitesurfing and sailing. And Chris (34), a talented cook who bakes the best cakes, enjoys breakdancing and is always up for a DIY project.
We all work in different fields (real estate, engineering and education).
Since two of us only moved in this year, our flatshare is still a relatively new setup. This means there's plenty of room for you to bring in your own ideas and help shape our shared home. :)
We enjoy having BBQs together, going out occasionally or simply relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine or beer. Friends are always welcome, and of course, we also respect everyone's privacy and personal space.

What do we offer?
Your room: 13.1 m², unfurnished, with ventilation.
The apartment: Everything you need and more! A spacious living room, three balconies, our own washing machine and dryer, BBQ, pool table and much more.
Location: Centrally located near Bucheggplatz , excellent public transport connections, yet in a quiet neighbourhood. Coop is just a 1-minute walk away, and Käferberg is right on our doorstep.
Costs: Utilities, electricity, TV fees and internet are all included.
Available from: December 1st, 2026.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for an open-minded, warm and easy-going person who enjoys a friendly flatshare atmosphere, likes spending time together now and then, but also values everyone's privacy.
As we're currently three guys, we'd be especially happy to welcome a female flatmate to bring a little more balance to the household (but it's not a must).
Whether you're working or studying doesn't matter to us. What matters most is mutual respect, reliability, a reasonable level of tidiness and, of course, good chemistry.
