- Anwohnerparkplätze gibt es in der Strasse vor dem Haus.

Ich (35J) wohne seit über 10 Jahren in Zollikerberg und nutze die Wohnung wochentags zum Übernachten. Beruflich bin ich viel unterwegs, sodass du die Wohnung oft für dich alleine hättest. Ich suche nach einem ruhigen Mitbewohner bspw. Pendler oder Student. Entspannte Atmosphäre.
Die Wohnung ist ein Nichtraucherhaushalt, Haustiere sind seitens Vermieter nicht erlaubt.

I (35) have been living in Zollikerberg for over 10 years and use the apartment mainly during weekdays for overnight stays. I travel a lot for work, so you would often have the apartment to yourself. I am looking for a calm flatmate, e.g., a commuter or student. Relaxed atmosphere.
The apartment is a non-smoking household, and pets are not allowed by the landlord.
