Hey zusammen!

Ich bin Johannes, 28 Jahre alt und ursprünglich aus Deutschland. Seit mittlerweile vier Jahren lebe ich in der Schweiz und wohne aktuell alleine in einer relativ großen Wohnung. Deshalb möchte ich gerne ein bzw. zwei Zimmer untervermieten.

Die Wohnung:Die Zimmer sind jeweils ca. 10-12 m² groß. Zusätzlich stehen ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und eine Küche zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung ist bereits gut ausgestattet, du musst dir also keine Sorgen um den Haushalt machen:- Voll ausgestattete Küche: Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck, Gläser, Geschirr, alles da- Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Sessel, Esstisch, Kommode, Beistelltisch- Internet ist eingerichtet- Sitzgarnitur für den Außenbereich- Wäscheständer in der Wohnung sowie im Keller, falls oben mal besetzt ist- Ein Beamer ist bestellt, damit sind Filmabende oder Spieleabende bequem möglich- Ein paar Pflanzen kommen noch dazu, damit es noch wohnlicher wird

Das Wohnzimmer ist noch nicht ganz fertig eingerichtet, du kannst also gerne eigene Ideen einbringen.

Kosten & Mietdauer:- Miete: 800 CHF pro Zimmer und Monat- Alle Kosten außer Strom sind bereits in den Nebenkosten enthalten- Strom kommt zusätzlich dazu, da er nicht in den Nebenkosten enthalten ist- Mietdauer: mindestens ein Jahr

Kurz zu mir:Ich würde mich als offenen, sympathischen und unkomplizierten Typen beschreiben. Ich bin gerne aktiv, mache viel Sport und bin grundsätzlich gerne unter Menschen. Mir ist ein entspanntes und respektvolles Zusammenleben wichtig, bei dem jeder seinen Freiraum hat, man aber trotzdem gerne Zeit miteinander verbringt.

Wen ich suche:Ich würde mich freuen, jemanden zu finden, der sportlich und aktiv ist, offen und sympathisch ist, mit beiden Beinen im Leben steht und Lust auf ein angenehmes WG-Leben hat. Wichtig ist mir außerdem, dass Absprachen innerhalb der WG respektiert werden und man sich ein Stück weit ins gemeinsame Leben einbringen möchte.

Ein paar Dinge sind mir besonders wichtig:Ich suche ausdrücklich eine alkohol- und drogenfreie WG. Alkohol würde ich ungern in der Wohnung haben und wünsche mir daher jemanden, der selbst nicht trinkt. Gegen einen gelegentlichen Partyabend außerhalb der Wohnung habe ich natürlich nichts, ich möchte nur keine klassische Party-WG haben, bei der Feiern einen großen Teil des Alltags ausmacht.

Mir ist insgesamt wichtig, dass kein Stress, keine Drogen und kein Alkohol in die Wohnung getragen werden und wir einen entspannten, respektvollen Ort zum Wohnen haben.

Room for sublet in a large apartment relaxed & active flatshare

Hey everyone!

I'm Johannes, 28 years old and originally from Germany. I've been living in Switzerland for four years now and currently live alone in a fairly large apartment. That's why I'd like to sublet one or two rooms.

The apartment:Each room is about 10-12 m². In addition, there's a spacious living room, two bathrooms and a kitchen to share.

The apartment is already well equipped, so you don't have to worry about household items:- Fully equipped kitchen: pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, dishes everything is there- Living room with couch, armchair, dining table, dresser, side table- Internet is set up- Outdoor seating set- Drying racks in the apartment and in the basement, in case the one upstairs is in use- A projector is on order, so movie nights or game nights are easy- A few plants are still coming to make it even homier

Costs & rental period:- Rent: CHF 800 per room per month- All costs except electricity are already included in the utilities- Electricity is extra, as it isn't included in the utilities- Rental period: at least one year

A bit about me:I'd describe myself as open, friendly and easygoing. I like being active, do a lot of sports and generally enjoy being around people. A relaxed and respectful living situation is important to me, where everyone has their own space but we still enjoy spending time together.

Who I'm looking for:I'd love to find someone who is sporty and active, open and friendly, has both feet on the ground and is up for a pleasant flatshare life. It's also important to me that agreements within the flat are respected and that you want to contribute to our shared living.

A few things that matter most to me:I'm explicitly looking for an alcohol-free and drug-free flatshare. I would like to not have alcohol in the apartment, so I'm looking for someone who doesn't drink themselves. I have nothing against an occasional party night out. I just don't want a classic party flat where partying is a big part of everyday life.

Overall, it's important to me that no stress, no drugs and no alcohol are brought into the apartment, and that we have a relaxed, respectful place to live.
