Wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere gemütliche Wohnung an der Glärnischstrasse in Dübendorf, direkt bei Zürich.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss eines kleinen Mehrfamilienhauses und bietet ca. 50 m² Wohnfläche, zusätzlich einen Balkon und ein eigenes Kellerabteil.
Zur Wohnung gehören: eine separate Küche mit Zugang zum Balkon ein Wohn- und Esszimmer ein Schlafzimmer ein Badezimmer ein Balkon ein eigenes Kellerabteil
Die hellen Räume und die schönen Holzböden schaffen eine angenehme, wohnliche Atmosphäre.
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 16. Oktober 2026 verfügbar. Gesucht wird eine Nachmieterin oder ein Nachmieter für die direkte Vertragsübernahme mit einem unbefristeten Mietvertrag auf den eigenen Namen, nach Zustimmung der Verwaltung.
Bei Bedarf kann zusätzlich ein gedeckter Garagenplatz für CHF 140 pro Monat gemietet werden. Dieser Betrag ist nicht in der Wohnungsmiete enthalten.

Situated on the second floor of a small residential building, the flat offers approximately 50 m² of living space, plus a balcony and a private cellar storage room.
The flat includes: a separate kitchen with access to the balcony a living and dining room one bedroom a bathroom a balcony a private cellar storage room
Bright rooms and lovely wooden floors give the flat a warm, homely feel.
We are looking for someone to take over our tenancy, with an open-ended rental contract in the new tenant's own name, subject to approval by the property management.
An optional covered garage space is also available for CHF 140 per month, payable separately from the flat's rent.
