Die ca. 60 m² grosse Wohnung überzeugt durch ihren offenen Wohn-/Essbereich mit kürzlich renovierter Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler) sowie einem separaten Schlafzimmer. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Blick direkt auf den Oerlikon Marktplatz, auf dem samstagmorgens der Wochenmarkt stattfindet.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Badezimmer: ein luxuriöses Hauptbad mit grosszügiger, separater Badewanne und separater Dusche, sowie ein zweites, separates Bad mit WC. Zur Wohnung gehören zudem ein Kellerabteil sowie ein Veloraum im Haus.

I'm looking for a replacement tenant for my bright 2-room apartment on Querstrasse, above the pharmacy, in Zürich-Oerlikon (8050), available end of October 2026 (flexible, by arrangement).
The roughly 60 m² apartment has an open living/dining area with a recently renovated kitchen (including dishwasher) and a separate bedroom. A real highlight is the view directly over Oerlikon town square, which hosts a farmers market on Saturday mornings.
The apartment has two bathrooms: a luxurious main bathroom with a spacious, separate bathtub and separate shower, plus a second, separate bathroom with a toilet. It also includes a storage unit in the basement and a bike room in the building.
The location is extremely convenient: it's just a 5-minute walk to both Oerlikon train station and the Sternen Oerlikon tram stop, getting you into central Zürich in about 15 minutes. Migros, Coop, Aldi, and countless other shops are also just a 5-minute walk away.
All furniture, including two large wardrobes, is available to take over from me, to make the move as easy as possible for you.
