Sehr zentrale Lage, unweit vom Zugersee; etwa 15 Minuten Fussweg.
Metalli in ca. 10 Minuten Fussweg erreichbar.

Gemeinschaftsraum und Wohnzimmer ist nicht vorhanden.
Das abschliessbare Einzelzimmer wird vermietet, das andere wird von mir genutzt. Es ist ein Balkon mit eigenem Zugang von Zimmer aus vorhanden. Im Mietzins enthalten sind Nebenkosten, Internet, Strom und Serafe-Gebühren. Selbstverständlich das Bad und die Küche zur Mitbenutzung.

Das Zimmer richtet sich ausdrücklich an Personen, die eine "Zweck-WG" suchen und nur selten vor Ort sind. Bevorzugt Wochenaufenthalter*innen mit stark reduzierter Präsenz, Personen die geschäftlich sehr viel unterwegs sind oder Studentinnen / Studenten (die nur ein Zimmer und keine Anmeldung des Wohnsitzes benötigen). Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnsitzanmeldung jedoch möglich.

Ich bin männlich, 35 Jahre und suche eine zuverlässige, unkomplizierte Person mit Interesse an einer ruhigen und diskreten (Zweck-)Wohnlösung.

A room in a 2.5-room apartment in 6300 Zug is available for rent.
Very central location, close to Lake Zug; approximately 15 minutes on foot.
Metalli shopping center can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.

There is no shared / common room or living room.
The lockable single room is being rented out, while I use the other room. The room has a balcony with private access directly from the room. The rent includes utilities, internet, electricity, and Serafe fees. The bathroom and kitchen are, of course, shared.

The room is specifically intended for people looking for a purpose-based shared apartment and who are only rarely present. Preference is given to people who stay in Zug during the week but spend little time at home, people who travel frequently for work, or students who only need a room and do not require official residence registration. In principle, however, registering your residence at the address is possible.

I am male, 35 years old, and looking for a reliable, uncomplicated person who is interested in a quiet and discreet living arrangement / purpose-based shared apartment.
