In unserer 4-er WG wird auf den 1.10.2026 (oder nach Vereinbarung) ein ca. 17qm grosses Zimmer frei. Im Haus stehen eine geteilte Küche, 3 Toiletten, ein Badezimmer und ein grosser Ess-Wohnbereich zur Verfügung. Im Keller ist genügend Stauraum für allerlei Dinge, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Parkieren ist im Hof möglich. Das Highlight ist unser grosser Garten, dessen Mitbenutzung und Pflege Teil des Mietvertrags sind. Wir sind eine Berufstätigen-WG und verstehen uns alle gut, sind aber auch viel bei der Arbeit und unterwegs. Da im Verlauf der nächsten Monate nochmals zwei von uns ausziehen werden, ist gerade viel Veränderung zu erwarten, wodurch viel Raum zur Mitgestaltung gegeben ist. Die Kosten belaufen sich auf 625 CHF Kaltmiete plus 80 CHF Nebenkosten akonto. In diesen sind Internet, Strom und Wasser enthalten. Für die Ölheizung sind wir selbst verantwortlich und bestellen regelmässig Heizöl. Bislang beliefen sich die Kosten hierfür auf ca. weitere 30CHF pro Monat. Dieses muss bei Einzug vom jetzigen Mieter zwingend abgelöst werden, genauso wie gemeinschaftlich angeschaffte WG-Möbel, Lampen, Kücheneinrichtung, etc. (gesamt einmalig ca. 1000 -****Plus CHF, abhängig vom Heizölstand zum Zeitpunkt des Einzugs).

In our 4-person shared apartment, a room measuring approximately 17 square meters will become available on October 2026, or by arrangement. The house features a shared kitchen, 3 toilets, a bathroom, and a large dining-living area. There's plenty of storage space in the basement for all sorts of things, and a washing machine and dryer are provided. Parking is available in the courtyard. The highlight is our large garden, the shared use and maintenance of which are part of the lease agreement. We're all working professionals and most of our time working. Since two more of us will be moving out over the next few months, a lot of change is expected, which means there's plenty of room to help shape the living situation. The costs amount to 625 CHF base rent plus 80 CHF utilities akonto. These include internet, electricity, and water. We are responsible for the oil heating ourselves and order heating oil regularly. So far, the costs for this have amounted to approximately an additional 30 CHF per month. This must be paid off by the current tenant upon move-in, as must jointly purchased furniture, lamps, kitchen equipment, etc. (total one-time cost of approx. 1,0001,200 CHF, depending on the heating oil level at the time of move-in).
