L'appartement est officiellement un 3,5 pièces, avec une disposition flexible comprenant une chambre et deux espaces de séjour distincts. Le deuxième espace de séjour dispose d'un canapé-lit qui peut facilement être transformé en espace de couchage supplémentaire, tout en pouvant également servir de bureau ou d'espace de télétravail.
L'appartement a été aménagé et décoré avec soin, dans un style chaleureux et personnel. Je recherche donc quelqu'un qui pourra en profiter tout en en prenant bien soin pendant la période de location.
L'appartement bénéficie d'une belle vue sur les montagnes, avec de très beaux couchers de soleil en fin de journée. Il dispose également d'un balcon qui profite du soleil le matin un endroit très agréable pour prendre le petit-déjeuner.
L'emplacement est très pratique : la gare de Lausanne, le centre-ville et le lac sont tous accessibles à pied, avec également de bonnes connexions en bus à proximité.
L'appartement sera loué entièrement meublé et équipé.
Disponibilité : 11 ou 12 septembre 23 novembre 2026
Possibilité de prolonger de quelques jours au-delà du 23 novembre.
Loyer : CHF 2'060/mois, électricité, eau, chauffage/gaz et internet compris.

I'm renting out my fully furnished apartment in the Montchoisi area of Lausanne for a temporary period.
The apartment is officially a 3.5-room apartment, with a flexible layout including one bedroom and two separate living areas. The second living area has a sofa bed that can easily be converted into an additional sleeping space, while also working well as a home office or workspace.
The apartment has been furnished and decorated with care, with a cosy and personal feel. I'm therefore looking for someone who will enjoy the apartment and take good care of it during the rental period.
The apartment has a beautiful view towards the mountains, with particularly lovely sunsets in the evening. There is also a balcony that gets lovely morning sun, a very nice spot for a relaxed breakfast.
The location is very convenient, with Lausanne train station, the city centre and the lake all within walking distance, as well as good bus connections nearby.
The apartment will be rented fully furnished and equipped.
Availability: 11 or 12 September 23 November 2026
Possibility to extend by a few days beyond 23 November.
Rent: CHF 2,060/month, including electricity, water, heating/gas and internet.
