Hallo! Wir sind Conradin aus der Schweiz, Max aus Luxemburg und Gianmarco aus Italien, alle Anfang dreissig.

Unsere Wohnung (200 m²) im Herzen von Hirslanden (Zürich) bietet ein grosszügiges, lichtdurchflutetes Wohnzimmer sowie zwei Balkone mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Sie verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler sowie einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler. Die Wohnung hat zudem zwei Badezimmer und ein Gästezimmer. Ein Parkplatz kann ebenfalls dazu gemietet werden.

Du bekommst ein 19 m² grosses Zimmer im ersten Stock der Wohnung mit direktem Zugang zu einem der Balkone.

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch: Die Bushaltestelle Kapfstrasse (Linie 31) und die Tramhaltestelle Wetlistrasse (Linie 4) sind nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Migros und Denner erreichst du in etwa 5 Gehminuten.

Uns ist eine gute Balance zwischen Privatsphäre und Gemeinschaft wichtig: Manchmal kochen wir zusammen, organisieren Abendessen mit Freunden oder spielen Gesellschaftsspiele, gleichzeitig respektieren wir aber auch die Privatsphäre jedes Einzelnen.

Wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner, der oder die sowohl gesellige Momente als auch persönliche Rückzugszeit schätzt. Wenn du gerne Zeit mit anderen verbringst, aber auch deine Ruhe brauchst, könntest du gut zu uns passen.

Die Miete beträgt 1800 CHF; zusätzliche Kosten sind Strom, Internet und Heizung.

Hi! We are Conradin, from Switzerland, Max, from Luxemburg, and Gianmarco, from Italy, all in our early thirties.

Our apartment (200 sqm), in the hearth of Hirslanden (Zurich), offers a spacious living room, bright with natural light, and two balconies with breathtaking views. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a laundry with a washing machine and a tumbler. The flat features two bathrooms and a guest room. A parking spot is also available for rent.

You'll have a 19 sqm room on the first floor of the apartment, with direct access to one of the balconies.
Conveniently located, with the Kapfstrasse (31) bus stop and the Wetlistrasse (4) tram stop just a 3-minute walk away, as well as Migros and Denner within a 5-minute walk.

We value a good balance between personal time and community: sometimes we cook together, host dinners with friends, or play board games, but we also respect each other's privacy.

We're looking for a flatmate who enjoys a mix of social activities and privacy. If you like engaging with others but also need your alone time, you could be a great fit for our home.
