We are looking for an individual or couple to take over our lease (Nachmieter), as our family is growing and we need a larger apartment.

The apartment is available from 1 July. Earlier move-in may also be possible by arrangement, as we have already secured our new home.

After the viewing, interested applicants will be asked to provide a completed application form with basic personal information and a recent debt enforcement register extract (Betreibungsauszug) so that we can forward the documents to the property management company
