Coinquilino/a simpatico con cui condividere casa e momenti piacevoli in casa a Lugano! Casa vicinissima alla stazione in zona tranquilla.
Appartamento grande con bellissimo terrazzo sulle montagne , già completamento arredato(dalla sottoscritta), compreso di camera da letto !!
Ingresso già da inizio Giugno/Luglio.
Eventualmente posto auto in garage coperto delledificio disponibile, con telecomando proprio per cancello!!

About me:
Sono una ragazza di 30 anni, veterinaria e insegnante di yoga, ho viaggiato un pó e vissuto in varie città nel mondo e da 4 anni sono in svizzera, trasferita a Berna da poco.
Parlo italiano, inglese, discretamente tedesco e sto imparando il francese (ma ci possiamo lavorare).
Amo la natura, lo sport, pratico corsa in montagna, barca a vela, surf, kite, sci e amo i bei momenti in compagnia con le persone da una bella e energia.

AAA Wanted!Friendly flatmate to share a home and pleasant moments in Lugano! The apartment is very close to the train station, in a quiet area.
Its a large apartment with a beautiful terrace overlooking the mountains, already fully furnished (by me), including a bedroom (you can keep the furniture provided or bring your own).Move-in possible from the beginning of June/July, perfect from AUGUST.
There is also the option of a parking spot in the buildings covered garage, with your own remote control for the gate!Details and price available privately (its lower than you might think).
About me:Im a 30-year-old woman, a veterinarian and yoga teacher. Ive traveled quite a bit and lived in different cities around the world, and Ive been in Switzerland for 4 years, recently moved from Bern.I speak Italian, English, some German, and Im learning French (so we can work on that).I love nature, sports, and I practice trail running, sailing, surfing, kitesurfing, skiing and I really enjoy spending quality time with people who bring good energy.
