Es wird möbliert sein und ich werde alle meine Dinge raus nehmen, damit es genug Platz gibt.Du wirst mit 4 entspannten MitbewohnerInnen leben, welche gerne ab und an zusammen Ski fahren oder wandern gehen und auch von Zeit zu Zeit beruflich unterwegs sind.Du hast einen Balkon, eine Waschmaschine, Trockner und ein Kellerabteil zum mitbenutzen.Die Wohnung befindet sich, in der für mich, absolut tollsten Lage an der Wiedingstrasse 28, 8055 Zürich- im wunderschönen Wiedikon.Die Umgebung ist ruhig und du wirst direkt über einem gemütlichen Park wohnen. Es sind 5 Geh Minuten zur Tram Station Schmiede Wiedikon und 15 min mit der Bahn zum Zürich HB. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und doch ist man sehr schnell am Ütliberg oder an der Shil.Ich wohne seit 5 Jahren hier und und geniesse es immer noch sehr! Da ich reisen gehe, gebe ich das Zimmer für 1770 CHF/Monat ab.Im Preis ist eine Putzfrau (1/Woche) enthalten, sowie alle Haushalts- Utensilien die wir gemeinsam nutzen (Züri Säcke, Öl, Gewürze, Toiletten Papier..).Das macht es hier enorm einfach und entspannt zum wohnen.Ich ziehe eventuell nach der Reisezeit relativ bald aus- das heisst evtl. kannst du langfristig bleiben.Falls du interessiert bist, melde dich unter folgenden Nummer: +41765651569.
