Küche:Die Schweizer Qualitätsküche in gletscherblauer Kunstharzfront von der Firma Herzog Küchen AG, mit eleganter, dunkelgrauer Kunststeinabdeckung, ist mit allen gängigen Geräten, wie Induktionsherd, Geschirrspüler, hochliegendem Backofen etc. ausgestattet. Nasszellen:Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Badezimmer und ein Gästebad mit Tageslicht. Das moderne Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne, einem Lavabo, einem WC sowie einem eigenen Waschturm mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler ausgestattet.
