Zudem befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Grünflächen. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Da wir ausserterminlich ausziehen besteht die Möglichkeit zur Übernahme einiger Möbel (beinahe alle Wohnzimmermöbel, Schrank und Lampe im Eingang, Schränke im grossen Schlafzimmer, Tisch, Stühle und Lampen in der Küche, Waschbeckenunterschrank Bad, Lounge auf dem Balkon) sowie des Salt Fiber Vertrags. Zudem möchten wir unserem Vermieter baldmöglichst geeignete Nachmieter:innen vorschlagen. Es wird deshalb ein Formular zur Anmeldung aufliegen. Thanks to its central location (2 minutes walking distance from Manesseplatz, 7 minutes to Schmiede Wiedikon), the apartment is very well connected. Additionally, there are various shopping facilities and green spaces in the immediate vicinity. Pets are not allowed. Since we are moving out before the end of our lease, there is an opportunity to take over some of our furniture (almost all living room furniture, wardrobe and lamp in the entrance, wardrobes in the large bedroom, table, chairs, and lamps in the kitchen, bathroom cabinet, lounge on the balcony) as well as the Salt Fiber contract.
