How do the alerts work?

You can create an alert directly here or on the results page of a search. We will then save your search criteria and notify you regularly via e-mail about new matching ads.

What is the best way to find a flat via the alert?

Define the search criteria that are most important to you. These could be, for example, the maximum rent, the city, the living space or the number of rooms. If you are looking in a highly demanded residential area, we recommend that you do not narrow down the search criteria too much. This way you will receive more results.

How often will I be notified?

At the moment, we notify you by e-mail every time there is a new search result for your criteria. However, we are currently working on further options. Soon you will be able to specify the preferred frequency and type of notification.

For how long is an alert active?

An alert is active for 3 months, but you can delete it at any time – via the link in the confirmation e-mail or after signing in on ImmoScout24.

How can I edit my alerts?

What does this service cost?

The service is free. You also do not necessarily have to sign in to create alerts. Your e-mail address is enough for us to send you the notifications.

Are my alerts synchronised between the website and the ImmoScout24 app?

The synchronisation is not yet possible, but we are working on it.
