Ich biete ein komfortables, möbliertes Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer in meiner grosszügigen 4-Zimmer-Wohnung (ca. 100 m²) in Rheinfelden AG an. Die Wohnung wird mit mir geteilt. Die Küche und die gemeinschaftlichen Wohnbereiche stehen zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung.

Ideal für Berufstätige unter der Woche
Das Zimmer eignet sich besonders für eine berufstätige Person, die in Basel, Rheinfelden, Kaiseraugst, Stein oder Umgebung arbeitet und am Wochenende normalerweise an ihren Hauptwohnsitz zurückkehrt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen, grünen Umgebung, umgeben von Bäumen und einem Park. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Die Nachbarschaft ist freundlich und respektvoll.

Das Zimmer

• Möbliertes Privatzimmer, ca. 15 m²
• Eigenes Badezimmer direkt neben dem Zimmer
• Privatzimmer und eigenes Bad in einem separaten, ruhigen Bereich der Wohnung für viel Privatsphäre
• Aktuelle Fotos des Zimmers: Das Bett ist auf den Fotos noch nicht vorhanden und wird vor dem Einzug ergänzt.
• Mitbenutzung von voll ausgestatteter Küche und Wohnbereich

Mietkonditionen

• CHF 950. pro Monat
• Strom, Heizung und WLAN inklusive
• Waschmaschine und Tumbler können gegen einen zusätzlichen Beitrag genutzt werden
• Die Reinigung des eigenen Zimmers und Badezimmers ist Sache des Mieters
• Verfügbar ab 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung
• Mindestmietdauer: 1 Monat
• Nur für eine Person
• Das Zimmer ist hauptsächlich für die Nutzung unter der Woche gedacht; regelmässige Wochenendaufenthalte sind nicht vorgesehen
• Nichtraucher bevorzugt; Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon erlaubt

Parkplatz
Ein Garagenparkplatz direkt unter dem Gebäude kann für zusätzlich CHF 110. pro Monat gemietet werden.

• Ca. 4 Minuten mit dem Velo zum Bahnhof Rheinfelden
• Ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuss zur nächsten Bushaltestelle
• Sehr ruhige, grüne Umgebung mit Bäumen und Park

Über mich
Ich bin Tschechin/Schweizerin und habe einen Hintergrund im Chemieingenieurwesen sowie im IT-/Life-Science-Bereich. Ich bin gerne unterwegs, aktiv und unter Menschen, geniesse aber genauso gerne mein Zuhause und etwas Ruhe. Ich bin offen und freundlich, lache gerne und finde, dass ein bisschen Humor das Leben angenehmer macht. Ich spreche Tschechisch, Englisch und Deutsch, und verstehe Schweizerdeutsch sehr gut. Mir ist wichtig, dass wir uns zuhause wohlfühlen, respektvoll miteinander umgehen und trotzdem genug Freiraum für uns selbst haben.

I am offering a comfortable, furnished room with a private bathroom in my spacious 4-room apartment (approx. 100 m²) in Rheinfelden AG. The apartment is shared with me. The kitchen and shared living areas are available for shared use.

Ideal for weekday professionals
The room is particularly suitable for a person who works in Basel, Rheinfelden, Kaiseraugst, Stein or the surrounding area and normally returns to their main home at the weekend.
The apartment is located in a very quiet, green area, surrounded by trees and a park. There is a beautiful view of the sunset from the balcony. The neighbourhood is friendly and respectful.

The room

• Furnished private room, approx. 15 m²
• Private bathroom directly next to the room
• Private bedroom and bathroom in a separate, quiet area of the apartment offering plenty of privacy.
• Current photos of the room: The bed is not yet included in the photos and will be added before move-in.
• Shared use of the fully equipped kitchen and living areas

Rental conditions

• CHF 950. per month
• Electricity, heating and Wi-Fi included
• Washing machine and tumble dryer can be used for an additional charge
• Cleaning of the private room and bathroom is the tenant's responsibility
• Available from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement
• Minimum rental period: 1 month
• For one person only
• The room is mainly intended for use during the week; regular weekend stays are not intended
• Non-smoking preferred; smoking is permitted on the balcony

Parking
A garage parking space directly underneath the building can be rented for an additional CHF 110. per month.

About me
I am Czech/Swiss and have a background in chemical engineering as well as IT/Life Science. I like being out and about, staying active and being around people, but I also enjoy my home and some peace and quiet. I am open and friendly, I like to laugh, and I think that a bit of humour makes life more enjoyable. I speak Czech, English and German, and I understand Swiss German very well. It is important to me that we feel comfortable at home, treat each other with respect and still have enough space for ourself.
