Wir sind ein Paar und gehen für drei Monate (Jan-März) ins Ausland. Daher wollen wir unsere wunderschöne Wohnung untervermieten.

Wenn du nach einer Wohnung suchst, in der du abschalten kannst, schnell in der Natur bist (sogar nur zwei Minuten zu Fuss bis zum See, Rössliewiese) und du dennoch eine sehr gute Anbindung zur Stadt haben möchtest, dann bist du hier genau richtig.

Lage:Die Wohnung befindet sich in der schönen Gemeinde Küsnacht an der Goldküste. Bekannt für die Einwohnerin Tina Turner, gibt es hier ein kleines beschauliches Gemeindeleben mit allem drum und dran: Cafes, Gourmetladen, Bibliothek, kleineren Boutiquen und Restaurants und vieles mehr.

Zugleich ist der Bahnhof Erlenbach (unsere Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der Grenze Küsnacht/Erlenbach) gerade mal 4 Minuten durch eine kleine Abkürzung erreichbar. Von dort gelangst du im 15-Minutentakt in gerade mal 13min zum Zürich HB ohne Umstieg. Wir haben ebenfalls das Glück, das unsere Wohnung gleich neben dem Migros und Coop Erlenbach liegt und du innerhalb zwei Minuten alles einkaufen kannst.

Wohnung:Unsere Wohnung ist hell, mit 90 Quadratmeter und einer guten Zimmeraufteilung von 4,5 Zimmern recht gross für zwei Personen. Es gibt eine neue, halb-offene Küche, ein neues Bad mit Badewanne und einen wunderschönen Balkon, der durch seine Überdachung auch bei Regen für einen Morgenkaffee mit Blick auf den See nutzbar ist.

Unsere Wohnung ist im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes unsere kleine Rückzugsoase. Wir legen grossen Wert auf gutes Raumklima und haben so viele Pflanzen. Du wirst merken, wenn du die Wohnung betrittst, dass es ein guter Ort ist zum Sein und Abschalten. Highlight ist sicherlich unser eigenes Yoga-und Meditationszimmer (oder auch Sportzimmer), der dazu einlädt, einfach auf die Matte zu springen und den Körper zu bewegen, zu dehnen oder einfach in Ruhe zu sitzen, mit dem was ist.

Die Küche ist natürlich voll ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer hat eine bequeme Couch und einen grossen TV für gemütliche Abende.

Was uns wichtig ist:Wir würden von dir gerne wissen, warum du die Wohnung für drei-Monate Zwischenmieten wollen würdest.

Dear Stranger,

We are a couple and will be spending three months abroad from January to March 2027. That means we are looking for someone lovely to sublet our beautiful home to while we are away.

If you are looking for a place where you can truly switch off, be surrounded by nature with the lake and Rössliewiese just a two-minute walk away while still having excellent connections to the city, then you might have found the right place.

Location

Our apartment is located in the beautiful municipality of Küsnacht on Zurich's Gold Coast. Known as the home of Tina Turner, Küsnacht offers a charming, peaceful community with everything you could need: cafés, a gourmet grocery store, a library, small boutiques, restaurants and much more.

At the same time, Erlenbach train station is only a four-minute walk away via a little shortcut. Our apartment is located right on the border between Küsnacht and Erlenbach. From the station, trains run every 15 minutes and take you directly to Zurich HB in just 13 minutes, without changing trains.

We are also lucky to have both Migros and Coop Erlenbach right next to the apartment, meaning you can get your groceries within just a two-minute walk.

The Apartment

Our apartment is bright and spacious, with 90 m² and 4.5 rooms, making it quite generous even for two people.

It has a new, semi-open kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom with a bathtub, and a beautiful balcony. Thanks to the covered balcony, you can even enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the lake when it's raining.

Our home is, quite literally, our little retreat. We care a lot about creating a pleasant atmosphere and have filled the apartment with lots of plants. You will probably notice as soon as you walk in that it is simply a good place to be somewhere to slow down, breathe and switch off.

One of our favourite features is our dedicated yoga and meditation room (which can of course also be used as a workout room). It's the perfect space to simply step onto your mat, move and stretch your body, or sit quietly and enjoy a little time with yourself.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room has a comfortable sofa and a large TV for cosy evenings at home.
