Wir sind Enea, Dion und Dan und wohnen zusammen in dieser wunderschönen und grosszügigen Attikawohnung an Top-Lage in Dübendorf. Von Januar bis Ende März suchen wir einen Untermieter für Eneas Zimmer. Die genauen Daten sind verhandelbar ein Vorbezug oder eine Verlängerung um ca. einen Monat ist bei Bedarf ebenfalls möglich.

Und das Beste: Zu deinem Zimmer gehört dein eigenes privates Bad.

Als Mitbewohner erwarten dich zwei sportlich aktive und unkomplizierte Jungs: Dion (27) schliesst gerade seinen PhD an der ETH ab und ist leidenschaftlicher Radfahrer und Salsa-Tänzer. Dan (25) ist begeisterter Basketballspieler und Golfer und arbeitet beruflich im Finanzwesen.

Neben deinem eigenen privaten Bad hat die 136 m² grosse Wohnung mit zwei sehr grossen Terrassen noch einige weitere ziemlich coole Annehmlichkeiten zu bieten.

Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: Zum Bahnhof Dübendorf sind es gerade einmal ca. 1,5 Gehminuten, und auch mit dem Auto ist die Wohnung sehr gut erreichbar. Trotz der direkten Anbindung liegen dein Zimmer und die grosse Terrasse auf der von den Bahngleisen abgewandten Seite. Dadurch ist es angenehm ruhig und vom Zugverkehr bekommst du praktisch nichts mit.

Optional kannst du auch Eneas Tiefgaragenparkplatz übernehmen und für einen kleinen Aufpreis sogar seine tolle Vespa nutzen ;)

Dazu bekommst du dein eigenes privates 10-Gbit-Glasfaser-WLAN perfekt für dein Homeoffice oder Streaming. Für gemütliche Abende gibt es ausserdem ein tolles Heimkino.

Und damit das WG-Leben nicht aus ständigem Putzen besteht, kümmert sich ein grosser Teil der Bodenreinigung ganz automatisch um sich selbst: Unser Saug- und Wischroboter hält die Wohnung für uns sauber ;)

We are Enea, Dion and Dan and live together in this beautiful and spacious penthouse apartment in a great location in Dübendorf. From January until the end of March, we are looking for a subtenant for Enea's room. The exact dates are flexible moving in about a month earlier or extending your stay by around one month may also be possible if needed.

And the best part: your room comes with your own private bathroom.

You'll be living with two easy-going and sporty flatmates: Dion (27) is currently finishing his PhD at ETH and is a passionate cyclist and salsa dancer. Dan (25) loves playing basketball and golf and works in finance.

Besides your own private bathroom, the 136 m² apartment with two very large terraces has quite a few other cool features to offer.

The location could hardly be better: Dübendorf train station is only about a 1.5-minute walk away, and the apartment is also very easy to reach by car. Despite being so close to the station, your room and the large terrace are located on the side facing away from the railway tracks. This makes it pleasantly quiet, and you practically don't hear the trains at all.

Optionally, you can also take over Enea's underground parking space and for a small additional fee, you can even use his awesome Vespa ;)

You'll also have access to your own private 10-Gbit fibre-optic Wi-Fi perfect for working from home or streaming. And for cosy evenings, we also have a great home cinema setup.

And because shared-flat life shouldn't be all about cleaning, a big part of the floor cleaning takes care of itself: our robot vacuum and mop helps keep the apartment clean ;)
