5 min or less with bike to: Zurich lake, Migros, Coop, Denner, Wollishofen Station , Tram and Bus stops
(Ich schreib zwar in englisch aber spreche auch fliessend deutsch.)
I am looking for a female lets say from age of 24 years upwards, someone who is maybe not working from home
all days. But other than that, I am flexible.
LOCATION: 1min walk to Bus Stop Verenastrasse, 8038 Zürich
APARTMENT: 70qm, 1st floor, common washing machine and Dryer, and drying room in the basement for a 6 party house.
Parking: there are blue zone parkings directly in front of the house.
YOUR ROOM: spacious, convenient, comfy and bright, with big empty shelf for cloths and more behind the door, big desk with 2x 27inch monitors to use, big shelf for office stuff, VITRA ergonomic chair, original GDR 60th Lounge chairs, Retro bluetooth sound.
single bed memory foam Mattress 90x200cm, with brand new sheets and duvet set (blow up guest bed and spare sheets available in case of guest)
A4/A3 color printer/scanner/copy, charging station for phones, devices with all different connections, etc.

with dining table for 7ppl, balcony, couch cinema corner, HD Projector, Yoga fitness area, beautiful view direction Zurichsee,
great morning sun rises, or the moon at night, 1970 HIFI Sound system, comfy reading corner

Fully equipped with everything you can wish for, including: dishwasher, microwave, modern ceramic/ofen combi, Coffeemaker, Ice Machine,

A bit about me:
I am 39y, I am japanese female nationality and living in Zurich for over 20year now, I work as a manager in a japanese Restaurant chain.
During the week I am leaving around 8-10 am - work till around 18:30pm. But sometimes I work also till 11pm.
I like morning workouts, driving my bicycle, going out sometimes
I am generally structured in daily life and like it rather clean, organised and quiet. am generally busy, so I like a uncomplicated and peaceful atmosphere at home,
with some good chats in between , making dinner together or having a glass on the balcony or a movie night via projector
Whenever we both feel like it.
TRANSPORTATION: fantastic and convenient
1min walk to Bus Stop Verenastrasse
Bus goes every 10min in both directions, even Sat and Sundays
Weekend night: direct nights from Hardbrücke
With pubic transportation:
3min to Station Manegg"
3min to Station Morgental
6min to Train Station Wollishofen
19min to Zurich Main Station
12min to Zurich Lake Saffa Island
GROCERY/ SHOPPING:
Big MIGROS 7min walk - open till 21:00
Denner 7min walk - open till 20:00

The story why I am renting this room is: my partner Is going to Japan every year around this time for 3 months,
so I am looking again for nice company to live with me and to have a nice easy going winter 2026 in Zurich together.
Oh, and in case you would like to have a bicycle but don't have one, we actually have two spare female bikes, so that would gives you the freedom to
explore the great surrounding and quick 7min bike rides to the lake whenever you feel like, if you want.
