Die Wohnung ist eine 2.5-Zimmer-Maisonettewohnung im Dachgeschoss.

• Terrasse mit Blick auf die Stadt. (Zugang vom Wohnzimmer und vom Zimmer unten)
• Voll eingerichteter und grosse Küche mit Geschirrspüler
• grosses Wohnzimmer mit Beamer
• 1 Estrich + 1 Keller
• Waschküche ist gemeinschaftlich
• Wohnung ist in der 3. Etage (Dachgeschoss)

Zimmer:
Ab 01. Oktober wird das Zimmer oben zur Untermiete frei, befristet bis 31. Januar, mit Option auf Übernahme. Das Zimmer oben wäre der gesamte Stock, etwa 18 m². Davon ein Zimmer mit Türe ein Vorbau (Arbeitstisch auf dem Bild). Möbel können vom Vormieter für ein Preis übernommen werden.

WG:
Es ist eine zweier WG. Das grosse Wohnzimmer ist der Mittelpunkt der Wohnung. Ich verweile am Abend gerne dort, und schaue eine Doku oder Fussball oder ziehe mich zurück und arbeite noch. Ich bin offen um auch mal zusammen zu essen, Fussball zu schauen, oder FIFA zu spielen. Ich fahre viel Rennrad, wär geil wenn du auch! Sonntagnachmittags habe ich manchmal 1-2 Freunde zu Besuch zum Fussball schauen. Da wärst du natürlich auch herzlich willkommen. Ansonsten mag ich eher nicht zu viele oder zu häufige Gäste, und keine regelmässigen Drinking Nights.

Ich:
Ich bin 29 M und im Informatik Master an der ETH. Aktuell mache ich ein Praktikum bei der UEFA. In der Freizeit fahre ich Rennrad, schaue ich Fussball, oder code an Projekten. Oder Padel / Tennis.

Du:

• erfüllst die JUWO-Aufnahmekriterien
• sprichst deutsch oder englisch
• bist selbständig und erwachsen
• fährst vielleicht auch Rennrad oder spielst gut FIFA? oder spielst gerne Padel/Tennis?
• wirst eine schlechte Zeit haben, wenn du Fussball gar nicht magst

JUWO - Aufnahmekriterien (zwingend)
Gemäss JUWO-Vermietungsreglement kann das Zimmer nur vergeben werden an Personen, die:

• 16-28 Jahre alt sind (bis einen Tag vor dem 29. Geburtstag)
• ein maximales Bruttojahreseinkommen von CHF 30'000 haben
• sich in Ausbildung befinden (Studium, Lehre oder Praktikum)
• den Alltag selbständig bewältigen können

The flat:
The flat is a 2.5-room maisonnette on the top floor.

• Flat is on the 3rd floor (top floor)

The room:
The upstairs room is available for sublet from 1 October to 31 January, with the option to take over the contract afterwards. It is essentially the entire upper floor, about 18 m². The room comes furnished. It includes a separate room with a door and an alcove (work desk in the picture). It can get hot in summer.
Sublet rent is CHF 675.-, plus CHF 20.- Wi-Fi. All costs are included.

The flatshare:
It's a 2-person flatshare. The large living room is the heart of the flat. I like spending my evenings there watching a documentary or football, or getting some work done. I'm open to occasionally eating together, watching football, or playing FIFA. I do a lot of road cycling. Would be cool if you do too! On Sunday afternoons I sometimes have 1-2 friends over to watch football. You'd of course be very welcome to join. Other than that, I'd rather not have too many or too frequent guests, and no regular drinking nights.

Me:
I'm 29 m and doing my Master's in Computer Science at ETH. I'm currently doing an internship at UEFA. In my free time I cycle, watch football, or code on side projects.

You:

• meet the JUWO eligibility criteria
• speak German or English
• are independent and grown-up
• ride a road bike, or are good at FIFA? or enjoy padel/tennis?
• will probably have a bad time if you don't like football

• are between 16 and 28 years old (up to the day before their 29th birthday)
• have a maximum gross annual income of CHF 30,000
• are in education (studies, apprenticeship, or internship)
• can manage daily life independently
