Ich suche für ab dem 01.12. einen/eine neuen/neue WG-Partner/-in.
Du würdest mit mir die 3.5-Zimmer-Wohnung teilen.
Die Wohnung liegt grad am Limmatplatz, ist also sehr zentral gelegen.
Ich bin meistens entweder am arbeiten(home office z.T., oder auf Reisen.)
Bin sehr ruhig, aber mag auch was zus. zu machen, falls es gut passt.
Ich achte viel auf Sauberkeit, aber kann auch Verständnis aufbringen, falls es ab und zu bisschen unsauber ist.

Die Miete beinhaltet den ungefähren NK. plus Putzfrau für 1x im Monat.

You would be sharing a 3.5-room apartment with me. The apartment is right by Limmatplatz, so it's very centrally located.
I'm usually either working (partly from home) or travelling. I'm very quiet, but I also enjoy doing things together if we get along well.
I care quite a lot about cleanliness, but I can also understand if things get a little messy from time to time.
The rent includes approximate additional costs (utilities) as well as a cleaner once a month.
