Sie befindet sich mitten im angesagten Stadtviertel Altstetten; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Clubs und 24/7-Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zudem gibt es Abendsonne und einen fantastischen Blick auf Gleise, Wolkenkratzer und blühende Kastanienbäume im Frühling. Der Bahnhof Altstetten liegt in Gehdistanz.

Wir vermieten die Wohnung möbliert für 2 Monate vom 01.01.2027-28.02.2027, Verlängerung bis Mitte März 2027 allenfalls möglich.

Our spacious, bright apartment has a large living room with window front and loggia, an open kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and is ideal for a couple (or two), two friends, a small family or a single person. It is located in the middle of the urban trendy district Altstetten, shopping facilities, restaurants, clubs and 24/7 stores can be found in the immediate vicinity. In addition, there's evening sun and a fantastic view of tracks, skyscrapers and blossoming chestnut trees on Hohlstrasse.

We are renting out the furnished apartment for 2 months, from January 1, 2027, to February 28, 2027; an extension through mid-March 2027 may be possible.
