Wir vermieten unsere gemütliche und vollständig möblierte 3.5-Zimmerwohnung mit ca. 65 m² im 3. Stock eines schönen Altbaus in Zürich-Wipkingen für drei Monate, vom 15.10.2026 bis 15.01.2027.

Die Lage ist ideal: In etwa 5 Gehminuten erreicht man die Limmat und den Wipkingerpark. Verschiedene Supermärkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls in Gehdistanz. Mit dem Bus ist man in unter 10 Minuten am Zürich HB, zudem befinden sich mehrere Tramverbindungen in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und kann direkt bezogen werden. Neben Wohn- und Schlafzimmer gibt es ein separates Arbeitszimmer mit Schreibtisch, Monitoren und Dockingstation, das sich perfekt fürs Homeoffice eignet.

Zur Ausstattung gehören sämtliche Möbel, Küchenausstattung und Geschirr sowie die vorhandenen elektronischen Geräte. Nebenkosten und Strom sind in der Miete von CHF 2’750 pro Monat bereits enthalten. Der Kellerabteil wird nicht vermietet.

Eine kleine Voraussetzung gibt es noch: Unsere Pflanzen bleiben ebenfalls in der Wohnung und suchen für die drei Monate liebevolle Mitbewohner. Ein grüner Daumen ist kein Muss – sie am Leben zu halten wäre aber von Vorteil. :)

We are renting out our cozy and fully furnished 3.5-room apartment of approximately 65 m², located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful period building in Zurich-Wipkingen, for three months from 15 October 2026 to 15 January 2027.

The location is ideal: both Limmat and Wipkingerpark are only about a 5-minute walk away. Several supermarkets and other shops are also within easy walking distance. Zurich Main Station can be reached by bus in less than 10 minutes, and several tram lines are nearby as well.

The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move into. In addition to the living room and bedroom, there is a separate home office with a desk, monitors and docking station, making it ideal for working from home.

The apartment comes fully equipped with all furniture, kitchen equipment and tableware, as well as the available electronic devices. Utilities and electricity are included in the monthly rent of CHF 2,750. The basement storage compartment is not included in the rental.

One small requirement: our plants will be staying in the apartment and are looking for some caring roommates for those three months. A green thumb is not required – but keeping them alive would definitely be appreciated. :)
