Spacious 2.5-Room Apartment in Zurich
We are subletting our very spacious and fully furnished 2.5-room apartment for an unlimited period.

The apartment has an excellent location in Zurich:

• 7 min to Zurich HB
• 12 min to the Old Town
• 5 min to Langstrasse
• 34 min to the highway
• Excellent public transport connections
• Selnau train station approx. 4 min away

We are looking for a serious, reliable and stable person interested in a long-term sublet. Short-term arrangements will not be considered.
Since we expect a large number of applications, I kindly ask you not to use a standard template message. Instead, please send me a personal application and include a few key details about yourself, such as your current situation, occupation and why you are looking for an apartment.

Important notes

• The apartment is fully furnished, and accepting the existing furniture is a condition of the sublet.
• Internet is included (5G hotspot).
• Some decorative details, such as flowers, pictures on the walls and bedsheets, may differ from what is shown in the pictures and are not guaranteed to remain.

Application process
The process will approximately work as follows:

Application phase: The ad will remain online for approximately 15 days, which should give us enough time to receive a good selection of applications.

First round: We will select up to 20 applicants. I may contact some applicants with additional questions.

Second round: From these, we will select approximately 10 candidates to visit the apartment.

Final round: After all visits, we will make a final selection of up to 2 candidates. At this stage, additional details may influence the final decision.
