ein Zimmer in unserer schönen Wohnung in Rotkreuz wird frei. Das Zimmer hat mit ca. 9qm eine perfekte Grösse und ist voll möbliert (Bett inkl. Matratze, Regal, kleiner Tisch und Stuhl).

Alle Nebenkosten wie Strom, Wasser, Internet etc. sind ebenfalls inklusive.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mit coop und Migros direkt gegenüber. Post sowie Banken und Restaurants gibt es ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke.

Das Zimmer wird ab ca. 01.09.2026 frei (genaues Datum flexibel) und dafür suchen wir eine/n Nachmieter/in.
Wir schätzen eine ordentliche Wohnung und einen respektvollen sowie unkomplizierten Umgang miteinander.

A room in our lovely apartment in Rotkreuz is becoming available.

The room is about 9 m², which is a perfect size, and comes fully furnished (bed including mattress, shelf, small table and chair).
All utilities such as electricity, water, internet, etc. are included.

Shopping options (Coop and Migros) are located directly across the street. The post office, banks, and restaurants are also just around the corner.

The room will be available from 01.09.2026 (exact date is flexible), and we are looking for a new tenant.

We value a tidy apartment and a respectful, easy-going atmosphere among flatmates.
