Die Wohnung ist ca. 69 m² gross, hat einen Balkon und dank der vielen Fenster unglaublich viel Tageslicht. Sie liegt in einem sehr ruhigen und angenehmen Quartier mit netten Nachbarn gleichzeitig erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants und die Hotspots von Wiedikon und Zürich.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Vor der Übergabe werde ich meine persönlichen Sachen selbstverständlich wegräumen, sodass du genügend Platz hast und dich direkt zuhause fühlen kannst.

Auch die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet: Von Kaffeemaschine über Airfryer bis hin zu sämtlichen Küchenutensilien darf alles gerne mitbenutzt werden. Du kannst also im Grunde mit deinem Koffer einziehen und hast alles, was du brauchst.

Da mir die Wohnung und die Einrichtung sehr am Herzen liegen, suche ich eine zuverlässige, ordentliche Person, die sorgfältig damit umgeht und sich hier genauso wohlfühlt wie ich.

Miete: CHF 2'660 / Monat
Dauer: ca. 23 Monate, flexibel nach Absprache

I'm subletting my beautiful, modern 2.5-room apartment in Zurich Wiedikon for approximately 23 months. I'm very flexible regarding the exact dates, and the apartment can be available almost immediately upon agreement.

The apartment is approximately 69 m², has a balcony, and gets an amazing amount of natural light throughout the day thanks to its many windows. It is located in a very quiet and pleasant neighbourhood with lovely neighbours, while still being just a few minutes' walk from many of Wiedikon's and Zurich's cafés, restaurants and hotspots.

The apartment is fully furnished and has been decorated with a lot of care. Before the handover, I will of course remove all my personal belongings, so you will have plenty of space and can immediately feel at home.

The kitchen is also fully equipped from the coffee machine and air fryer to all kitchen utensils, you are welcome to use everything. Essentially, you can arrive with your suitcase and have everything you need from day one.

As I care a lot about my apartment and furniture, I'm looking for a reliable and tidy person who will treat the place and everything in it with care.

Rent: CHF 2,660 / month
