Wir sind 2 Männer, 48 und 64 und suchen für die 3er WG ein/e Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer wird für Franken 850.-- vermietet.
Die Wohnung ist hell und zentral gelegen (zum Bahnhof 5 min zu Fuss), mit Balkon, oberste Etage des Wohnhauses mit 6 Wohnungen, kein Aufzug. Die Küche und das Bad sind modern eingerichtet. Es gibt ein grosses Bad und ein separates WC. Die Waschmaschine und der Tumbler befinden sich im Waschraum im Untergeschoss.
Gesucht wird jemand, die vorhat, mindestens ein Jahr zu bleiben.

We are two men, aged 48 and 64, and are looking for a flatmate to join our three-person shared flat. The room is let for 850 Swiss francs.
The flat is bright and centrally located (a 5-minute walk to the station), with a balcony, on the top floor of a block of six flats, with no lift. The kitchen and bathroom are modern. There is a large bathroom and a separate toilet. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the laundry room in the basement.
We are looking for someone who plans to stay for at least one year.
